"Alan and I opened Waters Productions in late 2021, after we decided to stay and set roots into the New River Valley community. We both worked in New York for five years as media production professionals across audio, film, television, and theatre. At the end of 2019 we began work on opening our own production & recording studios, but amidst the Covid-19 Pandemic, we moved to Christiansburg so that we could be closer to our families. Between the two of us we have over a decade of professional production experience, and after having to cancel our own original wedding ceremony and reception, we decided to focus on creating a company built around capturing those special moments for others.

At Waters Productions, we aim to capture the moments that make life beautiful and worth celebrating. Leveraging our background in audio, film, television, and theatre, we are infusing storytelling into wedding films and portraits, creating narratives that echo the joyous moments, the laughter, the tears, and the love in the air."
